Mike sent us his '71 Dodge Challenger with a message from another shop
stating that the engine was bad. They were right! This Mopar is one of very few convertibles built that year with this engine. This in-line 225 CID 6-cylinder engine gained infamy long ago, coined the "slant six" as it is installed tilted in the engine bay. Known for their indestructibility, every engine has it's limit, as this one had. It's better than new inside now. Reinstallation is underway. New tires, heater core and various other components wrap things up. Happy driving Mike!
